A real estate CRM
your agency owns and changes by asking

Keep every unit with its owner, every buyer and tenant with what they want, and let the CRM show which listings fit. Book viewings, see the leases about to end, and send a listing on WhatsApp in one tap. Refinar starts from a working real estate CRM and changes it as you describe how your agency works.

What your agency gets

Listings with their owners

Apartments, villas, townhouses, offices, shops and land, for sale or rent, with community, price per year or month, bedrooms, size and status: available, reserved, sold or rented.

Leads matched to listings

Note what a buyer or tenant wants: type, community, budget, bedrooms. The lead shows every available unit that fits, same community first, and the listing shows every lead looking for it.

Viewings without double-booking

Book a viewing from a match in one click. A unit can't get two viewings at the same time, and each one is marked done, cancelled or no-show.

Leases and renewals

Tenant, dates, rent per year, cheques per year, deposit and the Ejari number. Leases ending within 60 days are on the dashboard, so renewals don't slip.

One-tap WhatsApp

Send a listing's title, community, size and price to a lead on WhatsApp. Every owner and lead has a WhatsApp and a call button.

Each agent sees their own

Agents work their own leads and deals; admins see the whole agency, assign leads and export. Listings, owners and leases are shared.

How it works in 3 steps

  1. 01

    Start from this page

Click “Make it my agency's CRM”. The Real estate CRM starting point is picked and your first message is written for you; edit it before you send.

  2. 02

Your CRM runs in about a minute

Refinar builds it with sign-in, pages and a real database, and shows it in a live preview where you add your first listing and lead right away.

  3. 03

Change it by asking, then launch

Ask for what your agency needs in plain English: permit numbers on listings, off-plan projects, cheque tracking. When you launch, the code and the database are yours.

What it doesn't do (yet)

It doesn't publish to Bayut, Property Finder or Dubizzle, and it isn't connected to DLD, Ejari or RERA: the contract number is a field you type in. There are no listing photos, no rent collection and no automated messages yet. Any of these can be asked for, and Refinar says plainly when a part needs an outside service.

Questions

What is a real estate CRM?

Software that keeps an agency's listings, owners, buyers and tenants in one place, and tracks every lead from first inquiry to a closed deal. A good one also tells you which listings fit which lead and which leases are about to end.

How is this different from Zoho or HubSpot for real estate?

Those are subscriptions you configure. This is your own app, built by AI from a working real estate CRM: listings, matching and leases are there from the first minute, and you change anything by asking. You pay for building and changing it, not per agent.

How does lead matching work?

Each lead has a purpose (buy or rent), property types, a city and community, a budget and a minimum number of bedrooms. Available listings that meet them show on the lead, same community first, with ones slightly over budget marked. Spellings like Al Barsha and al-barsha count as the same place.

Can it handle Dubai leases with several cheques?

Yes. A lease has its rent per year and the number of payments a year (1, 2, 4, 12…), the deposit and the Ejari number. Tracking each cheque as cleared or bounced is a common first request.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Every agent picks English or Arabic, and the Arabic side runs right to left. Owners and leads can be typed in either language.

How much does it cost?

Building and changing your CRM uses credits from your Refinar plan, with no per agent fee inside your app. See pricing.
