An online booking system
on your own link, with no booking fees

Customers open your link, pick a free time and book from their phone with a name and a number. You see every booking in one calendar, with deposits and a WhatsApp confirmation ready to send.

What is in the app

Three ways to book

Hourly slots for courts and pitches, named periods for rentals and venues (morning, evening, full day, overnight), and appointments with a staff member for services.

No account for customers

A mobile-first page on your own link: pick a day, a time, type a name and a phone number. Each customer gets a private page for their booking.

Hours, closed dates, peak prices

Opening hours per weekday, past midnight if you need them, minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and a different price on peak days.

Deposits and paid status

A deposit as a percentage of the price, a hold that frees the time if it doesn't arrive, and every payment you receive recorded against its booking.

Never double booked

The database itself refuses two bookings of the same thing at the same time, even when two people press Book together.

Calendar, list and team

A week calendar, a filtered list with CSV export, WhatsApp confirmations, and roles for a manager, reception and view-only partners.

How it works in 3 steps

  1. 01

    Start from this page

Press the start button. The Booking site starting point is picked and your first message is written for you.

  2. 02

Your app runs in about a minute

Refinar builds it with sign-in, the booking page, the calendar and a real database, and opens it in a live preview where you can book a time yourself.

  3. 03

Change it by describing it, then launch

Ask for changes in plain English: a new period, a field on the booking form, a different deposit. When it is ready you launch it, and the code and the database are yours.

Booking platforms or your own system?

Marketplaces and booking platforms bring you new customers and charge a commission or a monthly fee per staff member for it. Customers who already know you, from Instagram, Google Maps or a past visit, don't need a middleman.

Your own booking system is a link you share where those customers already are. You decide the rules, the deposit and the words on the page, and it changes when your business does.

Questions

Is there a free booking system I can own?

The app has no commission per booking and no per-seat fee, and when you launch it the code and the database are yours. Building and changing it uses credits from your Refinar plan; see pricing.

Can customers pay online when they book?

Not in the starting point. Customers see the deposit and your payment instructions after booking, and you record the money when it arrives, which confirms the booking. Card payment through a provider such as Stripe can be added by asking for it, with your own account and keys.

Does it work for padel courts?

Yes. A padel court is booked by the hour like any court: set its slot length, price, peak price and hours, and let players book one or two hours in a row.

Does it send reminders?

It opens WhatsApp with the confirmation already written, so you press send. Automatic SMS or email reminders are not built in; ask for them as a change and connect your own messaging account.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Not yet. Bookings live in the app's own calendar and list, and the list exports to CSV. A calendar feed is a change you can ask for.
