Do you need access to my GitHub project?

We connect through GitHub and can access only the projects you choose. You can remove that access at any time.

Where does my code live?

Your code stays in GitHub. Refinar reads it to understand your app and prepares changes for you to review, but you remain in control of the project and its history.

Can I review changes before they go live?

Yes. Safe refinements can go live immediately, or you can require approval before any change is published.

Who reviews a change if I don't have a developer?

A developer on our team, within 4 hours on business days. You get the same careful review you would expect from an in-house developer, just faster.

What if I don't have an app yet?

Refinar improves an app you already have, so you need one first. What counts as a “safe” change?

Anything that can't break your app: copy, layout, styling, and additive UI. Anything that could, like changes to authentication, payments, data access, or existing logic, is routed to a human before it ships.

What counts as one request?

One message you send. You describe a change and Refinar works on it — that’s one request, whether it goes live in seconds or is held for a developer to review. Asking again after a result you didn’t like is a new request.

What if I want to leave?

There's no lock-in. Your code stays in GitHub, and everything you publish remains there after you disconnect Refinar.
