Digital wedding invitation with RSVP
an invitation service under your name

For wedding planners, venues and invitation studios in the UAE and Saudi Arabia: an app where you run your clients' events, every guest confirms from a private link with the plus-ones you allow, and staff scan their QR pass at the door. Refinar builds it, and you change it by describing what you need.

What the app does

An invitation page under your name

Each event gets an elegant page in one of four looks, with the hosts' words, the date (Hijri too, if you like), time and a map button, and your business name at the bottom.

A private link per guest

Guests open their invitation by name, without an account, and answer yes or no with up to the number of plus-ones their invitation allows.

Men's and women's lists, or one list

Separate the guest list by section, each with its own entrance and time that only its guests see, or switch it off for a mixed event.

WhatsApp per guest

Next to every name, a button opens WhatsApp with a ready message holding that guest's name and link. You or your coordinator press send.

QR pass and a gate page

Everyone who confirms gets a QR code that works once. Staff scan it with their phone camera or search a name, and see who has arrived as it happens.

Excel import and live numbers

Import the guest list from a spreadsheet, follow who opened, who is coming, who declined and who hasn't answered, and export the list with every link.

How it works in 3 steps

  1. 01

    Start from this page

Press “Start your invitation app”. The Invitations & RSVP starting point is picked and your first message is written for you.

  2. 02

Your app runs in about a minute

Refinar creates the app with sign-in, pages and a real database, and opens it in a live preview where you try the invitation, the RSVP and the gate page.

  3. 03

Change it in plain English, then launch

Ask for what is missing: a table number per guest, a new invitation look, a printable report for your client. When it is ready, press Launch and the code and database are yours.

An invitation platform, or your own invitation app?

Invitation platforms serve the couple directly: they design one invitation, pay per event, and the platform's name is on it. That works for a couple sending one invitation.

A planner, a venue or an invitation studio needs something else: every client's event in one place, their own name on every invitation, their staff at the gate, and guest data in a database they own. That is what this starting point builds, and you set the price you charge your clients.

Questions

What is a digital wedding invitation with RSVP?

A web page with the invitation's words, date, time and venue that each guest opens from a link on their phone, with a form to say whether they are coming and with how many. Here each guest has their own link, so the answers arrive by name and the plus-ones can't exceed what you allowed.

Can guests answer without an account?

Yes. The private link is all they need. They can change their answer until the deadline you set, and their answer shows on the event page as soon as they send it.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Each invitation is written in Arabic or English, and an Arabic invitation reads right to left with the Hijri date if you want it, whatever language the guest's phone is set to. The app itself has Arabic and English too.

How does QR check-in work?

Guests see a QR code once they confirm. Staff scan it with their phone camera, which opens that guest's check-in page, and mark them in with one tap. A pass works once: a second scan shows when it was used.

Does it send the invitations on WhatsApp automatically?

No. Each guest has a button that opens WhatsApp with their message ready, and a person presses send. Automatic bulk sending needs a paid WhatsApp Business provider; you can ask for it to be added later, with that provider's subscription.

What happens when I start my app?

You create a Refinar account and Refinar builds your invitation app from this starting point, with sign-in and a database for events, guests and answers. Building and changing the app uses credits from your plan; see pricing.
