The brief
You describe what you're building and who it's for. We write the scope back to you in the terms of the list above, so both sides are reading the same thing. Nothing is built until you approve it, and that approval — not the payment — starts the three days.
Days 1–3
The build
A professional developer builds the app to the approved scope. Anything the brief left ambiguous comes back to you as a question rather than a guess, because a wrong assumption is cheaper to fix on day one than on day three.

Handover, then one round of changes
You get the repository and a working app. One round of changes against the approved scope is included; anything past that scope is quoted before it is built, never after.

A repository in your GitHub account
The app arrives as a GitHub repository you own, not a copy we hold. Refinar connects to it the way it connects to any other project, and everything in it stays yours if you disconnect.
A working app, not a scaffold
The systems above are wired together and running end to end — someone can sign up, pay, and get the email that follows. Not a starter template with the hard parts left as TODOs.

The outside services your app depends on are set up under your own accounts, so nothing it runs on is rented from us.

Who actually builds it?
A professional developer, working to the approved brief. Tooling is used wherever it helps, but the decisions that are expensive to reverse — how authentication, data access, and payments are structured — are made by a person who answers for them.
Can I choose the stack?
Say so in the brief. The default is a mainstream stack that Refinar runs natively and that any developer can pick up after handover. A specific requirement may change the price, so raise it before you buy rather than after.
What if I already have designs?
Send them with the brief and they'll be followed where the schedule allows. The build ships a clean, conventional interface by default; reproducing a bespoke design system is custom work and is quoted separately.
What if it isn't what I asked for?
The approved brief is the reference, which is exactly why it is written down before anything is built. One round of changes against it is included in the price, so a misread requirement is corrected rather than argued about.
What if I need more than this?
Then the fixed price is the wrong instrument for both of us, and it's better to find that out now. Describe the whole thing and ask for custom pricing instead — the build itself works the same way, only the scope and the schedule change.
