Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want in plain words, and Refinar writes the code, runs it and shows you the result. A developer who joins later finds ordinary code to work on.
What kind of app does it build?
A web app that opens in the browser on phones and computers, with sign-in, pages and its own Postgres database. It is not published to the App Store or Google Play.
How long does it take?

Who owns the app?
